11.2 miles, climbing 1,558 feet in 3 hours and 40 minutes.  Another massive training walk for the #10nTaff for Ty Hafan by Andrew, Chris and Laurence.  They started in Briton Ferry up to Efail-fach and onto Pontrhydyfen before returning back to the start.  The day started off freezing with icy paths and slowly thawed into a glorious Wales morning with bright blue skies.
